Alumni Gathering Activities

External input from the results of alumni gathering activities/seminars/workshops/conferences in civic studies programmes.

The activity of filling in the questionnaire was carried out during the curriculum reconstruction of the Civics study programme, in which external parties were involved. The curriculum reconstruction was carried out on 10 January 2022 in connection with the activities of the study programme meeting. This meeting was attended by the Lecturers’ Committee, several Civics teachers as alumni, Yuliastuti Fajarsari, S.Pd, M.H. (SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta), Ary Purwanty, S.Pd. (SMA Negeri 4 Surakarta), Mujiyono, S.Pd. (SMA Negeri 1 Sumberlawang Sragen), Dwi Oktofianto, S.Pd. (SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo), M.Sc. (SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo), student representatives, M. Raihan Kurniawan, Ayu Puspitasari, Ilham Zakaria and Zumrotul Muazimah, and representatives of the school principal as graduate users namely Dr Rahayuningsih, M.Pd.

This working meeting has agreed on the scientific vision and objectives of the Pancasila & Civic Education study programme. This meeting also resulted in recommendations for the need for more detailed explanations related to the description of the objectives and profiles of Study Programme graduates. (Proof of activity).

Another activity is the alumni gathering which is carried out under the name of the Partner Conference, involving lecturers, students, users and alumni of the Pancasila & Civic Education study programme in 2024 on Friday 1 March 2024. Some external inputs from the above activities are:

  1. The need for the curriculum to incorporate various skill developments and new materials such as anti-radicalism materials, public speaking, IT in learning, materials from Lemhanas.
  2. The need to strengthen the character of future civics teachers as they will become role models for students
