Jumlah rata-rata pertemuan pembimbingan adalah 4 (empat) kali\/mahasiswa\/semester.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1694a3e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no\" data-id=\"1694a3e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-87275df\" data-id=\"87275df\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb11102 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cb11102\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">Submit Study Plan<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-0a758fd elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no\" data-id=\"0a758fd\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-259fca7\" data-id=\"259fca7\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cfb721f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cfb721f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Requirements to submit a study plan\/fill out a study plan form:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Students fill out the study plan form via <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/siakad.uns.ac.id\/\">SIAKAD<\/a> <\/span>online (via a computer connected to the internet).<\/li><li>According to the specified time, students take a print out of the KRS (Study Plan Card) in the Academic and Student Affairs Section.<\/li><li>KRS printouts are copied in duplicate; next, they come to the academic advisor to ask for the copy to be approved.<\/li><li>If the academic supervisor is still not present within the time of KRS approval, the head of the academic supervisor laboratory approves the copy in question.<\/li><li>The KRS that has been approved is submitted to the Academic and Student Affairs Section (original), Academic Supervisor (duplicate), students (duplicate); after that, they get proof of acceptance from the Academic and Student Affairs Section.<\/li><li>If the student does not submit the approved KRS to the Academic and Student Affairs Section, the student concerned will not be registered as an active student to participate in academic activities in that semester.<\/li><li>Students have the opportunity to change the KRS no later than 2 (two) weeks after the lecture starts.<\/li><li>They have the opportunity to cancel the KRS no later than the fourth week after the lecture starts.<\/li><li>Students must obtain approval from the Academic Advisor to change and cancel the KRS.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-ce8c23c\" data-id=\"ce8c23c\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3124e4c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3124e4c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Before carrying out learning activities, students must submit a study plan at the beginning of each semester. They fill out a study plan form through the academic portal to submit a study plan within a certain period of time, after the student fulfills all the requirements. In submitting a study plan, students must consult with their academic supervisor for approval. If a student is late in filling out the study plan form from the specified time, then the student will lose academic rights for that semester period.<\/p><p><strong>The Academic Advisor (DPA) has the responsibility to:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Provide quality academic counselling.<\/li><li>Motivate students to become quality and successful learners.<\/li><li>Leading students to make plans, smart in the learning process at UNS, so that they are able to pass according to the specified program and competence.<\/li><li>Help students have the competence to internalize the noble values of UNS.<\/li><li>Helping students develop a commendable intellectual character.<\/li><li>Motivating students to become graduates who always adapt to advances in science and technology.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KONSELING AKADEMIK DAN RENCANA STUDI Sistem Pembimbingan Akademik Pembimbingan akademik di program studi dilakukan dengan menggunakan panduan tertulis yang diberikan kepada dosen Pembimbing Akademik (PA)\/dosen\u00a0 wali berdasarkan Peraturan Rektor UNS Nomor 582\/UN27\/HK\/2016 tentang Pengelolaan dan Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Program Sarjana, Bab XVII Pasal 26 perihal Pembimbingan Akademik. Kirim Rencana Studi Persyaratan untuk mengajukan rencana studi\/mengisi formulir rencana studi : Mahasiswa mengisi formulir rencana studi di SIAKAD secara online (melalui komputer yang terkoneksi internet). Sesuai waktu yang ditentukan, mahasiswa mengambil print out KRS (Kartu Rencana Studi) di Bagian Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan. Hasil cetak KRS disalin dalam rangkap dua; selanjutnya, mereka datang ke penasihat akademik untuk meminta salinannya disetujui. Jika pembimbing akademik tetap tidak hadir dalam waktu persetujuan KRS, kepala Laboratorium pembimbing akademik menyetujui salinan yang bersangkutan. KRS yang telah disetujui diserahkan kepada Bagian Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (asli), Pembimbing Akademik (duplikat), mahasiswa (duplikat); setelah itu, mereka mendapatkan bukti penerimaan dari Bagian Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan. Apabila mahasiswa tidak menyerahkan KRS yang telah disetujui kepada Bagian Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan, mahasiswa yang bersangkutan tidak mendapatkan registrasi sebagai mahasiswa aktif untuk mengikuti kegiatan akademik pada semester tersebut. Mahasiswa berkesempatan mengganti KRS paling lambat 2 (dua) minggu setelah perkuliahan dimulai. Mereka berkesempatan untuk membatalkan KRS selambat-lambatnya pada minggu keempat setelah perkuliahan dimulai. Mahasiswa harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari Pembimbing Akademik untuk mengubah dan membatalkan KRS. Sebelum melakukan kegiatan belajar, mahasiswa harus mengajukan rencana studi pada setiap semester awal. Mereka mengisi formulir rencana studi melalui portal akademik untuk mengajukan rencana studi dalam jangka waktu tertentu, setelah mahasiswa memenuhi semua persyaratan. Dalam mengajukan rencana studi, mahasiswa harus berkonsultasi dengan pembimbing akademiknya untuk mendapatkan persetujuan. Jika mahasiswa terlambat mengisi formulir rencana studi dari waktu yang telah ditentukan, maka mahasiswa tersebut akan kehilangan hak akademik pada periode semester tersebut. Pembimbing Akademik (DPA) memiliki tanggung jawab untuk: Berikan konseling akademik yang berkualitas. Memotivasi siswanya untuk menjadi pembelajar yang berkualitas dan berhasil. Memimpin mahasiswanya untuk membuat perencanaan, cerdas dalam proses pembelajaran di UNS, sehingga mampu lulus sesuai program dan kompetensi yang ditentukan. Bantu mahasiswanya memiliki kompetensi untuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai luhur UNS. Membantu siswanya mengembangkan karakter intelektual yang terpuji.
